§ 1 Information on the collection of personal data

(1) In the following we inform you about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data includes all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior.

(3) When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, we will store the data you provide (your e-mail address, possibly your name and telephone number) in order to answer your questions. We will delete the data that arises in this context after the storage of such is no longer required, or restrict processing in the case that there are legal storage obligations.
(4) If we use contracted service providers for individual functions of our offer or would like to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you below in detail about the respective processes. We will also specify the criteria for the storage period.

§ 3 Collection of personal data when you visit our website

(1) If you are using the website for informational purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. e) We use cookies to identify you for subsequent visits if you have an account with us. Otherwise you will have to log in again for each visit.
f) The Flash cookies used are not captured by your browser, but by your Flash plug-in. We also use HTML5 storage objects that are stored on your device. These objects store the required data regardless of the browser you are using and do not have an automatic expiration date. If you do not want the Flash cookies to be processed, you must install an appropriate add-on, e.g. “Better Privacy” for Mozilla Firefox (https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/betterprivacy/) or the Adobe Flash Killer cookie for Google Chrome. You can prevent the use of HTML5 storage objects by using private mode in your browser. We also recommend that you regularly delete your cookies and browser history manually.

§ 4 Data security

Within the scope of the website visit, we use the common SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in connection with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. This is generally a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed representation of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.
We also use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

§ 5 Right to objection

If your personal data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO, you have the right, pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO, to object to the processing of your personal data if there are reasons for doing so which arise from your particular situation or which are directed against direct advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which is implemented by us without having to state a particular situation. § 6 Actuality and changes to this data protection declaration

This data protection declaration is currently valid and as of November 2018. Due to the further development of our website and offers on it or due to changed legal or official requirements, it may be necessary to amend this data protection declaration.
